This paper details the engineering philosophy, architectural design, and implementation of two cornerstone features: the Predictive Analytics Engine and the Intelligent Persona System. Our approach combines modular, data-driven analysis libraries, a multi-layered SQLite database schema for high-speed local processing, and a flexible integration with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to deliver a system that is both powerful and maintainable.
